My Mom’s Experience

On a normal day at my grandma’s, I asked her about the attic, which I have rarely been to, the last time I had been there was when I was seven and that was by accident because I was playing hide and seek with my cousins and trying to get up there. So I asked her if I'm allowed to go up there and explore it, and she said chillingly that I'm allowed to go up and have a look. As soon as I reach the attic, I started seeing way too many spider webs, dust, insects, and other creatures and things, Until…

I heard the doorbell, which most probably meant that my mom came to pick me up. I sprinted downstairs to open the door and gave my mom an enormous bear hug. She laughed and thoughts that I missed her and that I was scared and alone, which was not the case in the attic, Even though it was a bit scary because I am extremely frightened of spiders and weird insects. I told her that my grandmother allows me to take a look at the attic, and I told her to take a look at me because she probably knows it's better than I do since she used to live in this house too. I ran up before her and waited at the door, but she didn't come I was worried something had happened on the way up since she needed to climb 3 Floors, so I ran down these deep stairs to see her in the kitchen drinking coffee with my grandmother. So I just let the situation be because I was tired myself, and so I sat down on the couch, turned on my phone, and waited for her to finally finish talking. Half an hour later, she was still talking. I got off and asked her if she could please go up and explore the attic with me and explain every single detail CUZ I was so curious. My grandmother smiled and said that I should see what I want to, and my mom went up, and she explained every single detail of what I saw. Later on, we found a cabinet under a blanket that was filled with really fun games which were probably double as old as me. I was tired, so we went down again and on the way down to the third floor.

My mom asked me if I had checked out her room yet, which I hadn’t. I asked my mom if I could take a glance at it and that it would only take 15 minutes, which wasn't the case since I looked inside there for over an hour with my mom because we found all the amazing things which are beautiful memories and old objects like a video reporter, old cameras, Nokia's and tons of pictures of a person with black hair and a brown skin color which was not in every picture, somehow sense in the others. He was white, which confused me until my mom explained that this was a person called Michael Jackson. Once we went home that day, I asked my mom to tell me more about Michael Jackson and how she got a picture of him

She said that it all started when she listened to the radio, and it said that if you guess one of Michael Jackson's songs correctly, you get to when tickets to America for a live concert with him and backstage pictures which freaked my mom out because she was a huge fan back then, she asked her mother if she could use the telephone to call the radio station to maybe when concert tickets and plane tickets to his live concert, which her mother did not allow.

So the next day she skipped school to go to a telephone station to call the radio station, and she got super lucky because she won a ticket to America and Michael Jackson's live concert and meet him backstage and a secret event, She went back to her mother's house and told her what she did at first, Her mother was not very happy since she skipped, school but on second thought she was happy that her daughter could experience such a rare event. She traveled completely alone to America and got to experience such a nice concert by how they call him nowadays the King of Pop. After the concert it was nighttime, and she got her hotel room which she slept in that night, but the next morning, she got to meet Michael Jackson himself personally and got hoodies autographs, pictures, and all that stuff. After that, the secret event happened which word three big doors that had only three right keys there were hundreds of contestants who all got a key, but only three were right, and my mother was one of the lucky ones since she got one of the three rights Keys which has an over one in a hundred chance. As soon as you open the door, she got to meet with Michael Jackson again and this time she had more time to talk with him, and she got more pictures and everything she could imagine which is probably worth a lot today but not as much as the memories. As soon as she gets back home, her mother forced her to go back to school immediately and when she came back, she had a good excuse even the teacher congratulated her and was happy for her that she skipped school, and I'm pretty sure that's the only time a teacher would say that
